Welcome to our website Fund “Donbass Humanitarian Aid”
Donbass Humanitarian Aid, Inc. is recognized as a nonprofit organization by the IRS.
IRS Code: Section 501(c)(3)
This fund was established to assist the residents of Donbass.
Since 2014, the beginning of the civil war in the Donbass, a few people, not indifferent to the suffering of others teamed up with a view to assist the innocent victims of a war that never should have happened.
In 2015, we were able to go to the hot spot of Donbass and to see with our own eyes the courage of the people who defended their homes, their homeland, and their families. We saw the horror of destroyed buildings and infrastructure, killed and wounded orphans and helpless old people in the 21st century. We knew we had to do something about this.
Based on the analysis of the situation in the region and the scope of future work concerning assistance, the need to mobilize additional human and material resources became a pressing need. So, in 2016, we decided to create a fund.
Our humanitarian assistance has already helped orphanages, families with many children, persons with disabilities, sick people and victims of a war. We were able to do this thanks to the active support of our friends around the word, compatriots, congregation of the Russian Orthodox Church in America and the Donbass volunteers.
We appeal to all people, and appeal to your human compassion and understanding. Join now!
With God’s help we will help good people to survive this terrible time. Remember –
“There but for the Grace of God, go I.”
